Poster Printing Refund Policy
All poster submissions are considered final. If, during the review process, the conference team identifies an error or requires a correction, the presenting author will be notified and must submit an updated file within 24 hours of receiving the request; otherwise, the poster will be printed as originally submitted.
All poster sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the poster is printed. Prior to the conference, event volunteers will pick up all printed posters from the PrintShop, review them for printing or material defects, and, if necessary, request a reprint from the PrintShop to address any quality issues. Reprints will only be issued to correct print or material defects identified at pick-up and will not be provided for errors present in the submitted file. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content in their submissions, including text, figures, formatting, and resolution“.
