All refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests&nbsp;<strong>must include the name of the credit card holder<\/strong>, attendee\/customer and transaction number. Please do&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;include your credit card number in any refund requests. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
