All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests&nbsp;<strong>must include the name of the credit card holder<\/strong>, attendee\/customer and transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot make the training session, you can send someone else in your place (please notify us of the change) or you can choose to attend one of our training sessions in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carleton University reserves the right to cancel events. If Carleton University cancels an event or service for any reason we will process refunds for these within 28 days. Please do&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;include your credit card number in any refund requests.
