Iron Ring Student Registration – Spring 2026
Congratulations on finishing your Engineering degree! The Faculty of Engineering and Design and the Wardens of Camp 12 of the Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer look forward to presenting you with your Iron Ring after completing your attendance at the Obligation Ceremony.
The Iron Ring Obligation Ceremony is on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. ET at Carleton University in the Ravens’ Nest, Alumni Hall (Carleton Athletics). Registration is required in advance.
Early registration
– $40.00 CAD + HST
– Deadline to register is Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Regular registration
– $50.00 CAD + HST
– Deadline to register is Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET
You must bring your Carleton Campus Card to the Ring sizing, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Carleton University in Ravens’ Nest, Athletics.
Due to venue capacity, each graduating student may register only one guest. If there are seats remaining after the guest registration deadline, you can opt in to receive an email to purchase an additional guest ticket (for a total of two guests per graduating student) in the guest registration form. Guests do not need to be engineers to attend. Guests register separately through the Iron Ring Guest Registration Form.
Payment is accepted by credit card only through the registration form; cash will not be accepted.
