Transcripts: Make a digital copy of your high school and, if applicable, any post-secondary (college or university) transcripts. You will be asked to upload a copy of your transcripts. Please upload the file in one of the following formats: pdf, jpeg, bmp, png.
Personal Statement: You are asked to provide a Personal Statement; please see the Personal Statement Guidelines for requirements. Please upload your Personal Statement in one of the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, txt.
References: Choose two references (two teachers, or a teacher and a guidance counsellor). You will be asked to provide your references’ names in the form below. If you are unsure, please write “TBA” in the space provided.
- Your confirmation email will include a link to our online Reference Form that you can forward by email to your referee.
- Or, you can download the ESP Reference Form here and ask your referee to return the form to our office by mail or email.
- Note: Students who have been away from studies for 3 or more years may provide workplace or community references as an alternative, if necessary. Community or employer references should follow these guidelines instead of using the Reference Form.

Aboriginal Enriched Support Program Application

Step One: Contact our Aboriginal Enriched Support Program Coordinator, Rodney Nelson, for a pre-application Interview at aesp@carleton.ca or 613-520-2600 x 8092.
