RECORDINGS: OUR OFFERINGS ARE LIVE EVENTS; PLEASE BE SURE YOU CAN ATTEND AT THE SPECIFIED TIMES. We may make and use recordings as a backup in case of technology problems. TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT: I will test my ability to use Zoom by downloading the free Zoom client application, and using this test link, https://zoom.us/test, before attending any offering. I understand I require high-speed internet to participate in this offering, and should install Zoom’s free application for Windows or Mac desktop computers (or tablets with keyboards) for the best experience.

VIRTUAL OFFERING WAIVER: I will be participating remotely in the Lifelong Learning Program and will not be on-site at Carleton University. I will be using my personal computer, phone, and internet at my own expense for the duration of the Lifelong Learning Program class I'm enrolled in. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I have up-to-date antivirus software and other internet security to prevent malicious software that could damage my computer systems or those of the University. If any technical issues arise, such as a cyber attack or loss of data, the University will not be held liable for any and all costs, expenses, or claims arising from a loss of data or any other software or hardware damage.

PRIVACY AND RECORDINGS: This session may be recorded and shared. I acknowledge I can keep my camera turned off and change my display name to protect my privacy if desired.
