MNATO 2025 – Group Delegation Registration

Carleton MNATO 2025 will take place February 20-23, 2025 in The Marriott Hotel Ottawa.

Early Registration Rates for Delegates: $115 + HST (until Dec 6, 2024).

Regular Registration Rates for Delegates: $130 + HST (from Dec 6, 2024).

Registration Rates for Faculty Advisors and Observers: $55 + HST.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Independent Delegate Registration is for those wishing to participate in MNATO as an individual delegate. While you may register as an individual delegate, we strongly encourage students at the same institution to register collectively as a group delegation. If an MNATO team does not already exist at your university, consider forming one yourself!

Group Delegation Registration is for a team of students of the same institution who wish to register together. We encourage groups to have at least 3 delegates (one person for each committee).

Please note that if you have a faculty advisor or observer, there is a charge for them as noted above. If they are not registered, they will not be allowed the committee rooms during the conference.

COVID-19 Delegate Requirements

MNATO will be in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal government public health protocols to ensure the health and safety of all participants, including requiring participants to social distance and wear a mask or face covering during the conference, if required.
