\n Carleton Model NATO 2026 Registration\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Carleton Model NATO 2026 will take place February 19-22, 2026 at the Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Rates:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Regular registration (per delegate): $145 + HST (from Dec 5, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for Faculty Advisors and Observers: $55 + HST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All prices are in Canadian dollars.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration closes on February 2, 2026 or until all conference spots are filled.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Delegation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students from the same institution who plan to attend MNATO as a team should register together as a Group Delegation. We encourage groups to have at least 3 member (one person for each committee). If you are not part of a team, you must register as an Independent Delegate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Independent Delegate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students who would like to participate in MNATO but are not part of a team should register as an individual delegate. While individual delegates are welcome, we strongly encourage students at the same institution to register collectively as a group delegation. If an MNATO team does not already exist at your university, consider forming one yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advisor\/Observer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you plan to accompany a team as an advisor or observer, you must be registered. Anyone who is not registered will not be permitted into any conference proceedings. If you are attending as a team Advisor, your registration may be included as part of the Group Delegation<\/a>. If you are registering as an observer, or Group Delegation registration has already been submitted, please use the Advisor\/Observer registration<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Registration Information:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registration closes on February 2, 2026 or until all conference spots are filled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All registrations cancelled prior to January 2, 2026 will be fully refunded. Registrations submitted prior to January 2 and cancelled prior to January 31 will be refunded, less 15%. After January 31, refunds can no longer be issued. Exceptions will be made in cases where registration is cancelled within 24hrs.
