Please ensure the amount of money you enter in the Payment Amount field in the form below is the pre-tax amount, as stated on your invoice. If you enter the full amount including HST you will pay additional tax.

Payment involves two steps: 1) Submitting this form and 2) once you are transferred to the secure gateway at E-xact.xom, paying with your credit card. Until you complete both parts you are not registered in the workshop.
