We are excited to host the first annual Provincial Energy Efficiency Leaders’ Summit this spring in Wakefield, PQ. Below you will find the answers to some common questions, and a simple registration and payment form. If you have any questions, please contact Shirley.

1. Where will the event take place?

The event will take place at the Moulin Wakefield Mill in Wakefield, Quebec. The Mill has hotel rooms onsite, as well as a restaurant and multiple meeting spaces. There are recreational activities on the grounds, and a spa that can be booked separately.

2. What does the fee cover?

The fee for the workshop is $3,000 CAD, plus QST. This fee includes all of your costs once you arrive onsite, including: 2 nights hotel stay, meals on May 26 (dinner), May 27 (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and May 27 (breakfast), all alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, coffee/snacks during the workshop and all recreational activities (except for spa services). Travel to/from the hotel is not included.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

4. How many people are you expecting to attend?

The guest list is invite-only. We expect between 10-15 people to attend, representing provincial energy efficiency entities from across the country.

5. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes! We will send a meal request form ahead of the conference, where you can denote any preferences/restrictions.

6. When should I plan my travel to arrive and leave?

The event kicks off at 4pm EST on May 26 and concludes at 12-noon on May 28.
