This is just an processing fee. Once you have submitted this form, the Testing Centre Coordinator will confirm the information and you will receive an email to pay the remainder fees.

When you book your exam, you must pay the non-refundable application fee of $25 + HST. We reserve the right to cancel your scheduled exam(s) if the full fee is not paid by the set deadline. Up to 50% of the exam fee can be withheld if cancellation is made less than 3 business days before the scheduled exam date.

Need to submit your request in writing to ExternalExams@carleton.ca at least 2 weeks before your originally scheduled exam date. For any late rescheduling requests, our cancellation policy will apply.
