Cancellation Policy

After February 28th, 2022 registration fees will no longer be refundable. Cancellation prior to February 28th, 2022, recipients will receive 75% of the original fee paid.

A limited number of in-person spots are available for this event. Carleton University will continue to adhere to Ottawa public health guidelines. If the event must pivot to 100% virtual, guests who have registered for the in-person experience will be given options on whether they would like to attend virtually or be refunded.
