Post-Degree CTESL Application Form Refund Policy

The $50 application processing fee for post-degree CTESL applicants is refundable if a request is submitted by email within 48 hours of the original application submission date and time. A refund service fee may be applicable.

Refund requests must include the applicant’s name, the credit card holder’s name (if different), and the transaction number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 28 days.

No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour refund period outlined above.

If Carleton University cancels the certificate program, the application processing fee will be refunded in full.
